Christmas Dinner

The final social event on our 2023 calendar was our Christmas dinner which was held at the Fourmile in Westhill on Thursday December 14th. Around 50 members attended, and the Fourmile did us proud once again with excellent food and service.

An additional treat this year for the attendees was a magician that we booked to entertain us before dinner. His name is Cameron Young – aka the Scottish Magician – and amongst other things he has appeared on many TV shows including Britain's Got Talent and at the Edinburgh Festival; he turned out to be brilliant and had everyone scratching their heads saying “how on earth did he do that?”. His show lasted about 45 minutes and was packed with illusions and mind-bending tricks which everyone enjoyed.
