Alford Annual Meeting 2009
Date confirmed as Sunday 16th August, Alford Motor Museum, 2009.
The annual MGOC British Sports Car Day is an ideal opportunity to showcase wonderful examples of good old British Sports Cars.
Local owners clubs and members of the public can enter their car into
the show, and can opt for consideration by the judging panel to win
prizes.
names such as MG, Triumph, TVR, Jaguar, Austin, Aston Martin, Morgan,
Noble, Riley, Lotus....all names that still excite motor enthuisiasts
today.
Many of these brands will be present, from vintage, to classic and to modern day sports cars.
On the day, the race track will be open to those who have entered thier
cars, and these cars can be seen doing what they were built to
do.........be driven.
A raffle event will be available, proceeds of which will go to CLAN
(Cancer Link Aberdeen and North), the local cancer support charity, who
are fundraising to raise money for new premises. CLAN provide
all kinds of support for anyone affected by cancer.
